We're friendly, hands-on sort of people!  We are Heather & Chloe Wolsey-Ottaway and we first had the idea of Kisses That Count back in November 2005: to help end poverty and protect the environmet/ endangered species.  Since then, we've worked like mad to make Kisses That Count a reality.
 
It's our contribution to making a better future: we believe that every single one of us can choose to do a whole lot of good during our lives - personally, socially, economically and environmentally; and we want to make this easy and fun for literally millions of people to do.

Apart from creating a global movement of cool people whose love makes a real difference, Heather is a social worker & Chloe is an author and artist. 

Right now, KTC is a limited company currently in the process of applying for full charitable status.
